Marine Deliveries

Essex Tankers undertakes Marine deliveries for various different companies.

When taking on a marine delivery, we take on the responsibilities of the customer. Our office staff will:

  • Work with the Port Authorities to advise on times and any additional information needed such as risk assessments, method statements and of course Driver and vehicle details.
  • Obtain as much information as we need to complete the delivery with as little complications as possible.
  • Supply and prepare delivery tickets, sample bottles, Port Passes and Marine Delivery Forms ready for Driver.
  • Confirm delivery windows with the agent of the vessels,
  • Liaise on behalf of the customer with Shipping Agents,
  • Kitting out vehicle with appropriate fittings and delivery hoses

Essex Tankers carry an array of different fittings as well as an extra long hose giving the driver up to 120 foot of delivery distance.

Relevant insurance policies concerning Marine deliveries and the risks of being near the water are held to protect us and our customer. These can be provided on request.
